How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to provide the estimated delivery date.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please review and make sure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for not-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
